Process Technician

As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring and configuring production machine parameters to ensure optimal performance. You will perform start-of-shift setups and quality checks, conduct electrical component replacements, and carry out minor mechanical repairs. Additionally, you will manage raw materials to prevent contamination and troubleshoot equipment to identify and address any faults or inefficiencies. Collaboration on mold changes and configuring injection molding robots will be essential to your role. You will also maintain End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) and ensure compliance with cycle time requirements. Responsibilities

Monitor and configure production machine parameters for optimal performance. Perform start-of-shift setups and quality checks to maintain production standards. Conduct electrical component replacements and minor mechanical repairs. Manage raw materials and prevent contamination in the production process. Troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve faults or inefficiencies. Collaborate on mold changes and configure injection molding robots. Maintain End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) and ensure cycle time compliance. Essential Skills

35 years of experience in a manufacturing or recycling center. Ability to perform electrical repairs and general maintenance. Strong math and mechanical skills for troubleshooting and process adjustments. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-output environments. Proactive and precise attention to detail in monitoring and maintaining production standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with electrical repairs and component replacement. Capability in mechanical troubleshooting and general maintenance. Experience with injection molding, including mold changes and cycle time monitoring. Operation and configuration of production machinery. Familiarity with End of Arm Tooling (EOAT). Use of testing and measuring equipment for quality control. Experience in conducting dimensional checks for quality assurance. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
