As a Collections Analyst, you'll go beyond making callsanalyzing customer behavior, driving strategy, and partnering with internal teams to improve collections efficiency and reduce aging receivables. Collections Analyst Responsibilities
Analyze AR aging and customer payment trends to prioritize collection efforts Communicate with customers to resolve overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans Identify root causes of slow payments and collaborate with internal teams on solutions Generate reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and present insights to leadership Assist with credit reviews, customer reconciliations, and month-end processes Collections Analyst Desired Qualifications
3+ years in AR/collections, preferably in a high-volume or analytical role Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data visualization a plus) ERP and collections software experience A data-driven, solutions-oriented mindset Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Why You'll Love It
