Support the Information Services Division. The position is located on site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Salary is based on education and experience. Position Summary: Positions in this job family are assigned the responsibility for administering the day-to-day activities of security provisioning to establish communication of time-critical information, maintain consistent levels of customer services, and the security posture of the state's IT assets. To include the oversight of the identity management of state employees across multiple state agencies ensuring access to state resources is granted and revoked as authorized by approving authorities. Responsibilities: Administer the day-to-day activities of Security Provisioning to ensure communication of time-critical information and to maintain consistent customer service levels, as well as the security posture of the State's IT assets. Facilitate timely, accurate, and complete administration/processing of end-user access requests. Provide customer support to resolve access related issues. Provide after-hours on-call customer support as needed. Maintain confidential information and demonstrate tact, discretion, and diplomacy. Work closely with the IT Security Team to ensure adherence to security requirements. Drive compliance with policies, procedures, and standards. Meet team metric requirements. Meet the agencies expected service level agreement targets. Answer incoming calls and provide support to customers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve access related issues. Process access provisioning requests, such as adding, modifying, and deleting user and group accounts within state systems. Document appropriate details in request tickets and tracking systems. Update case notes with the current status of cases. Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Follow standard change control processes. Physical Demands and Work Environment: This position works in a comfortable office setting with a computer for a large percentage of the workday. The noise level in the work environment is usually mild. Occasional travel may be required. This position will be part of an on-call rotation for after hour and weekend coverage. Minimum Qualifications: One year of experience in an IT-related job field; OR Two (2) semesters of college credit towards an IT-related degree; OR Security Certification; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
