Design and produce high-quality video and animated content aligned with mission objectives and strategic messaging. Create motion graphics and animations to visually communicate technical or abstract concepts. Collaborate with subject matter experts on scripts, storyboards, and production planning. Support the visual design of intelligence products through clear, consistent, and aesthetically sound graphics. Manage end-to-end multimedia projects including editing, sound, rendering, and archiving. Lead design sessions, clarify content and style expectations, and manage production timelines. Ensure adherence to quality standards, copyright policies, and internal production workflows. Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant multimedia or visual design experience Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop) Expertise in motion graphics, video production, animation, and traditional graphic design Strong skills in visual storytelling and information design Proven experience managing high-visibility projects under tight deadlines Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus Join a mission-driven creative team shaping visual communications at the highest level of national security.
