Hiring Electro-mechanical Assemblers On 1st Shift
This role involves assembling electronic and mechanical components using manual and semi-automated tools, performing quality checks, and collaborating with engineers to improve processes and product quality. Responsibilities
Assemble electronic and mechanical components, including modules, boards, chassis, frames, and cables. Use tools such as drivers, wrenches, and soldering guns for assembly tasks. Perform surface mount and thru-hole soldering to industry standards. Conduct in-process quality checks and perform rework or repairs as necessary. Follow blueprints and work instructions daily. Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate effectively with engineers and production teams. Participate in training on new assembly techniques and technologies. Essential Skills
Mechanical assembly skills. Proficiency in soldering techniques. Experience with hand and power tools. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Basic understanding of electrical components. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 1st shift from 6am to 2:30pm. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
