The Environmental Impact Teammate plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across all operational areas, including buildings, walkways, and fence lines. This position ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and involves tasks such as sweeping, weeding, painting, debris disposal, and power washing. Responsibilities Maintain clean and orderly conditions in all operational areas. Perform sweeping, weeding, painting, debris disposal, and power washing operations. Sweep walkways and power wash walls and glass. Remove rubbish and debris from the facility and empty trash bins. Paint buildings, concrete barriers, and handrails. Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Regularly power wash and paint safety barricades, handrails, and buildings. Use chemical cleaners and power equipment safely. Notify management of major repair needs and requisition supplies. Learn and safely operate forklifts and person lifts. Essential Skills Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Capability to stand for extended periods. Comfort working in dirty environments and confined spaces. Ability to work independently with good attendance. Adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience driving a manual transmission is beneficial. Why Work Here?

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, starting between 5am and 7am, depending on needs. The position requires working in various weather conditions and exposure to physical hazards such as noise, fumes, and dirt. Safety shoes, hearing protection, respirators, face shields, and other personal protective equipment are necessary. Extra hours may be required during peak times, including weekends. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tacoma, Washington. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.79 - $23.79/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
