This Position Reports To: Production Supervisor Job Description: CNC Operation & Machining: Sets up and operates CNC machines, monitors for quality and unusual conditions, and understands machining tools, speeds, feeds, and operation sequences. Technical Proficiency: Reads and interprets drawings, follows work instructions, and inspects products using precision measuring tools throughout production. Teamwork & Reliability: Demonstrates dependability, strong work ethic, ability to follow directions, and works effectively in a team environment; willing to cross-train and train others. Safety & Documentation: Prioritizes workplace safety, maintains daily housekeeping, completes required paperwork, and is flexible with overtime and other assigned duties. Education and Experience Needed: HS Diploma or equivalent required. 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred. Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization. Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment. Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
