In this role, you will: Lead strategic assessments of retirement clients' maturity across the value stream, including strategy, operating model, technology, data, and architecture. Manage and deliver consulting engagements across defined contribution (DC), defined benefit (DB), annuities, and supplemental plans (e.g., NQDC, COLI, pension risk transfer). Drive business development efforts including RFI/RFP responses, upsell opportunities, and client relationship expansion. Coach and mentor consulting teams, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with client objectives. Develop reusable consulting assets, thought leadership, and practice capabilities to grow Cognizant's presence in the retirement space. Work Model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States. What you must be considered: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years of experience in the retirement and pension industry, including DC/DB plans, annuities, and supplemental retirement products. Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage project economics, and deliver strategic transformation. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a track record of building trusted client relationships. Experience in developing consulting assets, white papers, and industry points-of-view. These will help you succeed: Thought leadership in retirement industry trends and best practices. Ability to coach and develop high-performing consulting teams. Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and navigating complex client environments. Familiarity with retirement technology platforms and data integration strategies.
