Temporary Brokerage Coordinator
Weitzman is the most respected provider of retail real estate services in Texas. Our team provides a full range of services including general brokerage, property management, asset management and development services. We operate exclusively in Texas' major markets: Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Weitzman is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Brokerage Coordinator to join our commercial real estate team from September 2025 through January 2026. This in-office position provides critical marketing, research, and administrative support to ensure the success of our brokerage professionals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and maintains a high level of accuracy in all deliverables. Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative and operational support to the brokerage team. Prepare property tour packages and coordinate client site visits. Draft and review listing agreements, commission agreements, and lease exhibits. Create and edit marketing collateral including flyers, proposals, email blasts, pitch books, and presentations. Collaborate with internal marketing and research teams to produce accurate and timely deliverables. Review and abstract lease and sale documents; maintain internal deal tracking files. Manage listing syndication and updates across CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and other platforms. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel for brokers. Ensure brand and quality standards are met on all outgoing materials. Support event coordination and assist with press releases, reports, and client-facing communications. Maintain property databases with accurate and current information. Prepare and process broker expense reports in a timely manner. Assist in compiling activity reports and performance summaries for client updates. Other administrative duties as needed. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required Must be able to commute into the office Monday through Friday Proficient in MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to details Dependable with the ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines We are an equal opportunity employer.
