Implementation Specialist III, Benefits
to join our Implementation team to establish rapport with clients, manage the implementation timeline, schedule, data collection, and training for each benefit service line. What You'll Do
Work directly with Brokers and client contacts to obtain necessary data and diagnose gaps in services. Build, test, and troubleshoot functionality, employee eligibility, and decipher payroll inquiries with and for the client. Build benefit vs payroll audit reports within isolved and conduct comparison audits against source data. Perform audits to ensure accuracy and functionality of setups and data input within the isolved system. Train customers to use/maintain Benefit Solution platform and applicable benefit services. Manage the Implementation and execution of 3rd party integrations including the review and deciphering of Carrier Connection discrepancy reports. Set up ACA Compliance settings and train clients to use ACA Compliance features, as well as maintain, review, and approve Form 1094-C/1095-C. Communicate with clients as needed to answer questions related to the use of Benefits Management, Benefit Enrollment, ACA Compliance, COBRA, and Carrier Connection systems. Execute special projects to enhance the client experience. What You'll Bring
Two (2) - Five (5) Years of Health and Welfare Benefits Management experience. Strong understanding of ACA Compliance and regulations related to Employer Shared Responsibilities, as well as COBRA integrated services. Ability to identify areas of risk, and timely and clearly communicate with all stakeholders. Ability to problem solve with solution-based approach. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be a team player who can meet deadlines, and exhibit an elevated level of detail-orientation, time management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to use or learn multiple systems including Smartsheet, isolved, Salesforce, Zoom, etc. What We Offer
