Director of Staff Development (DSD) . The primary purpose of this role is to plan, organize, develop, and direct all in-service educational programs throughout the facility, ensuring the highest quality resident care in compliance with regulations. Develop and oversee educational and training programs, including orientation and on-the-job training. Lead in setting goals for in-service educational programs. Maintain records, reports, manuals, and reference materials related to educational programs. Handle administrative tasks such as forms, reports, and attendance records. Lead and connect with CNA staff. Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years of college education. Active LVN license in California. DSD Certification. At least two (2) years of experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility; LTC or SNF experience preferred. Additional Details:
