Senior Network Engineer LOCATION:

Exempt, Full Time, 100% On-site JOB FUNCTION:
The Senior Network Engineer plans, designs, and optimizes the company’s network architecture, managing data centers, network improvements, security, and cross-departmental coordination. QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
BA/BS in Information Management, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Experience:
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in network technology. Language:
Proficiency in English required; Mandarin is a plus. Skills: Understanding of network architecture design (WAN and LAN), familiarity with the latest network solutions, and experience in designing and implementing large-scale networks, especially in manufacturing. Strong architectural design abilities and capacity to integrate requirements at various levels. Familiarity with network devices and technologies such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Solid knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, STP, and network security. Good learning, communication, and coordination skills, with a service-oriented mindset; detail-oriented with high-quality documentation and communication skills. Ability to coordinate across departments to resolve complex network issues. Professional certifications like CCIE are a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and implement the company's network architecture. Manage data center facilities and oversee network improvements based on business needs. Design and evaluate network architecture for application system deployment in factories. Develop OA network projects, backbone network maintenance, and renovation planning. Assess and maintain cybersecurity systems and information security measures. Analyze and resolve complex network and security issues. Coordinate with multiple departments to address network challenges. Manage network construction and maintenance in North America. Additional Information:
