We take a service-minded approach to construction, delivering exceptional results that consistently exceed client expectations. Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in delivering municipal and K-12 construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a proven ability to manage complex, schedule-driven projects while coordinating effectively with public agencies, school districts, subcontractors, and field teams. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading and overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, from owner contract negotiations through design, permitting, construction, and closeout. Managing the financial performance, quality standards, and safety outcomes of assigned projects. Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior project team members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager on municipal and/or K-12 construction projects Proficient in construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and similar platforms Vehicle and cell phone allowances 401(k) plan with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Seniority level
