Salaried Exempt This position is for a full-time traveling assignment supporting our Market Segments Group (MSG), which includes Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables segments. Position Description
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing the project-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Plan, ensuring full compliance with contract documents. Manage, supervise, and implement the QA/QC Plan and staff. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement the project-specific QA/QC Plan in coordination with project teams and stakeholders. Assign qualified staff to execute the plan effectively. Maintain collaborative relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance. Lead, supervise, and develop QA/QC staff, including performance appraisals. Ensure adherence to ethics and compliance standards. Understand contract documents and develop related procedures. Manage document control, RFIs, change orders, and cost tracking. Coordinate QA/QC activities with the project safety plan. Align QA/QC procedures with project schedule and execution plan. Improve documentation and compliance strategies continually. Engage all project staff and partners in executing the QA/QC Plan. Conduct testing, inspections, and analyze results. Update and expand the QA/QC plan as the project progresses. Manage non-compliance issues and document corrective actions. Apply additional QA/QC and Lean procedures to enhance quality. Oversee project close-out and quality reporting. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree + 5 years' experience or equivalent; knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods; strong computer skills; familiarity with project management software; leadership and communication skills. QA/QC certification may be required. Physical Demands
Regular sitting, handling, reaching, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling; frequent standing and walking; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching; lifting up to 50 pounds; vision requirements. Work Environment
