We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Business Applications Manager to lead the administration, integration, and optimization of our core business systems, including Infor CSD (ERP), Infor CRM, and related platforms. This role will serve as the bridge between technology and operations—ensuring our software stack supports efficient, data-driven decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

· ERP, CRM & CPQ Systems Ownership

- Oversee daily administration of Infor CSD (ERP) and Infor CRM, including workflows, reporting, user roles, and data integrity - Lead the implementation, launch, and ongoing administration of the CPQ system, ensuring alignment with sales processes and product configurations - Manage issue tracking, enhancements, and change requests across ERP, CRM, and CPQ platforms - Serve as liaison to software vendors and consultants for support, customizations, and system updates

· Cross-Departmental Systems Support

- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to identify system needs and process improvements - Lead testing and implementation of new business applications or modules - Ensure applications are aligned with business goals and properly documented

· Systems Integration & Optimization

- Manage integration of ERP/CRM/CPQ with external tools (e.g., EDI, BI, eCommerce, shipping/logistics platforms) - Evaluate and implement automation opportunities and reporting enhancements

· Team & Project Leadership

· - Train and support users across departments on ERP, CRM, CPQ, and related business applications

· - Identify and lead opportunities for applying AI and automation to improve business workflows and reporting

· - Lead cross-functional technology projects, serving as internal product owner for key systems

· - Plan, organize, and manage IT infrastructure and supporting vendors, while remaining hands-on as needed to ensure operational stability

· - Document system workflows, procedures, and user guides to ensure long-term support and knowledge continuity

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field - 5+ years of experience managing ERP/CRM or other core business systems - Experience with Infor CSD and Infor CRM strongly preferred - Strong understanding of business processes in sales, operations, and finance - Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with SQL, Crystal Reports, or Power BI - Experience with system integrations (APIs, EDI, middleware tools) - Prior exposure to SMB manufacturing, distribution, or B2B service businesses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per week
