We offer a full benefits package.We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various welding techniques, particularly TIG welding. This role involves assembling components, reading blueprints, and utilizing hand tools and machinery to produce high-quality products. The Fabricator/Welder will play a crucial role in ensuring that all fabricated parts meet the required specifications and standards.*Responsibilities** Perform welding tasks to assemble metal components.* Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.* Utilize hand tools, plasma cutting equipment, and machining tools effectively to fabricate parts.* Assemble components accurately while adhering to safety standards and quality control measures.* Conduct inspections of finished products using calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure precision.* Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues during the fabrication process.*Experience** Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.* Proficiency in TIG welding; experience with welding aluminum is a plus.* Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various hand tools and machinery.* Familiarity with blueprint reading and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.* Experience with plasma cutting equipment is preferred.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.Join us in creating high-quality products while advancing your skills in a supportive environment!Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceShift:* 10 hour shiftExperience:* TIG welding: 1 year (Required)Ability to Commute:* Pinellas Park, FL 33781 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Pinellas Park, FL 33781: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
