RV & Tractor Driver

Pete's RV Center is seeking a skilled RV & Tractor Driver to be a part of our dedicated team. This position requires a strong understanding of operating RVs and tractors safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth operation of our dealership by ensuring that vehicles are moved and parked appropriately, while assisting with various logistical duties. Responsibilities Safely operates and maneuvers RVs, tractors and forklifts on site. Transports RV units locally as needed. Moves vehicles around the lot to assist sales and service departments. Ensures that all yard equipment is secure from inclement weather. Shovels snow and drives company truck to plow snow. Follows procedures for moving and staging units, which includes; opening and closing slide-outs, setting up stabilizing jacks, opening or closing steps and awnings. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the lot, including picking up trash and debris. Performs routine inspections and basic maintenance on vehicles. Adheres to driving protocols as well as policies and procedures. Maintains weekly lot washes and ensures all units and isles are clean. Assists customers by providing information about RVs and driving protocols. Collaborates with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Performs all miscellaneous duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience driving RVs and/or tractors, Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to operate various types of vehicles safely. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and 50lbs. on occasion Perform all necessary physical duties including: standing, sitting, stooping, bending, crawling and reaching above head.
