Job Description:Pharmacy Technician / Pharm Tech Contract Details:$780 - $870 per week*12-week contract with possibility to extendResponsibilities:Preparing prescriptions - collect information from patients or health professionals to fill prescriptions, and then prepare and label themDispensing medications - Ensue medications are distributed accurately to patients or healthcare professionalsManaging inventory - track medication stock and supplies, and alert pharmacists to shortagesProcessing insurance claims - Handle billing and insurance verificationMaintaining records - Keep detailed records of medication and patient informationProviding customer service - answer questions about medications and health matters, and provide guidance on medication usageAssisting with administrative work - Stock supplies, submit insurance claims, and perform other administrative duties*Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
