Facility: This facility is a prestigious Level 1 Trauma Center with 50 operating rooms and approximately 60,000 ER visits annually. Opportunity: Board Certified - CRNA
Job Details: • Long-term locum tenens position starting February 2026 with 3-6 month contracts and extension options• Work 36-40 hours weekly with flexible 10 or 12-hour shifts• Common shifts include 0700-1730, 0700-1930, 0900-1930, 0900-2130, and 1100-2330• Collaborative practice model alongside an excellent group of physician anesthesiologists• Handle adult general surgical cases, spinal anesthesia, neurosurgical cases, ventilation management, and local infiltration• Average of 100 surgical cases per day in a busy Level 1 Trauma Center• Documentation system is EPIC• Regular breaks provided with staff typically finishing on time or early• Weekend work as needed• Must have active Maine state license (or willingness to obtain)• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (PALS optional)• Must have at least 1 year of Level 1 trauma center experience as a CRNA• Dedicated CRNA teams handle pediatric, thoracic, and OB cases• No on-call responsibilities• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 120 days
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
