Skill: CIAM Developer - SailPoint
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
We are looking for a skilled SailPoint Developer and Implementer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement identity management solutions using
SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring that our identity governance and compliance requirements are met.
Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and customize SailPoint applications, including configuration of identity models, workflows, and rules.
Experience on Onboard and decommission application in SailPoint.
Expertise on SailPoint JML process and access request.
Implement and optimize provisioning processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate SailPoint with various applications and data sources using connectors and APIs.
Expertise on SailPoint REST API call, SCIM API’s and building custom API.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity management.
Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
Document system configurations, processes, and workflows for future reference and compliance.
Stay up to date with SailPoint features and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer, with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Strong programming skills in Java, BeanShell, or similar languages.
Familiarity with AD, SAP, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, SQL, LDAP, or other directory services.
Understanding of identity governance concepts and security best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience on working with Server related Certificates and authentication.
Proven experience on managing offshore team and leading them whenever possible.
