Exciting Opportunity as a High-Level Electrical Panel Wire Assembler!
Join us in assembling intricate electronic and mechanical modules—including circuit boards, IC modules, and system components—while following precise documentation and internal protocols. This role is responsible for building, wiring, and testing electrical control and power panels to meet customer specifications and industry standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the safety, functionality, and quality of the panels used in power distribution systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Assemble and mount electrical components such as breakers, relays, transformers, contactors, and terminal blocks into enclosures.
Perform wiring and point-to-point termination based on diagrams.
Use hand and power tools to cut, strip, crimp, and route wires neatly and securely.
Perform functional and continuity testing of panels to verify accuracy and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and wiring issues.
Ensure compliance with NEC, UL, or other applicable electrical codes and standards.
Maintain proper documentation and update build sheets or records.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve design or build issues.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in electrical panel assembly or similar role.
Strong knowledge of AC/DC power systems, electrical components, and wiring practices.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring schematics.
Familiarity with UL 508A, NFPA 70E, and other electrical standards.
Basic proficiency with tools and test equipment (multimeters, hand tools, etc.).
Work Schedule & Shifts:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (30 min lunch).
Overtime may be required depending on production needs.
Tools & Equipment You’ll Use:
Stationary assembly benches with precision hand tools.
Microscopes, wire strippers, torque tools, and test fixtures.
Light automated assembly or inspection equipment, depending on the product.
