* Clinic Hours:

* Mon Thu: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM

* Fri: 7:30 AM 12:00 PM

* Clinic Volume: 2 patients/hour (varies by appointment length)

Clinical Details

* Support Staff: 1 Nurse Practitioner + 3 Nurses per shift

* Procedures:

* Suction D&C

* Laparoscopy

* NST interpretation

* C-sections

* Circumcisions

* Tubal ligations

* EMR: EPIC

* Dictation Tool: Dragon

Requirements

* Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years), ACLS, BLS, PALS

* Experience: Minimum 1 year

* Case Logs: 50 deliveries + 25 GYN procedures in past 12 months

* Licensing: MI license or IMLC letter of qualification accepted

* Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days (prioritized by start date)

Compensation & Benefits

* Daily Rate: $4000 (all-inclusive, excluding travel)
