Active Indiana license required Monday-Friday, 7am - 3pm / Call hours: 3pm - 7am (secondary) Call is at least once a week (secondary call from home) Cases required: General, Ortho (mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB EMR: EPIC - 60 days to credentialed, 30 if clear background/history/active license
