Junior Level - DevOps Engineer
Why This is an Exciting Role:
As a DevOps engineer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), your duties will include providing support to engineering platforms and microservices used to develop critical applications to modernize data leverage across multiple DoD customers. Responsibilities include:
Developing infrastructure, automating tasks, provisioning managed services, using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
Patching, hardening, and maintaining compliance of RHEL.
Installing, configuring, and supporting Kubernetes, Docker, Nifi, and cloud metrics collection tools.
Managing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab for automating build, test, and deployment processes.
Managing cloud platforms such as AWS.
Effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Experience and Qualifications:
Candidates should demonstrate:
Required Education and Experience:
6 years in Software or Systems Engineering or a related field.
A Bachelors degree can substitute 4 years of experience; a Masters degree can substitute 6 years.
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
Knowledge of PaaS.
Experience managing Linux OS.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues.
Security+ or equivalent certification.
Desired Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with in-scope CI Poly. Experience with Agile development, Jira, Confluence, scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ruby), Docker, and DevOps pipelines. Remote Work:
