Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a talented Red Team Software Developer to conduct offensive capability development for Windows environments. What You'll Be Doing: Develop offensive capabilities. Program with C/C++/C# and Beacon Object Files (BOFs). Work within a Scrum/Agile environment. Engage in malware development, analysis, and software vulnerability research.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
5+ years of overall experience, with 1-2 years as a software developer. Active TS/SCI Security Clearance. Proficiency in offensive capability development for Windows. Proficiency in C/C++/C# and/or BOFs. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Ability to pass the DTRA Cyber Assessment Red Team (DCART) developer aptitude test. Willingness to travel approximately 15% to OCONUS and CONUS locations.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience with C2 frameworks, especially Cobalt Strike. Experience in cyber incident response, forensics, penetration testing, or cyber operations. Skills in malware analysis, binary disassembly, protocol analysis, or exploit development. Certifications such as OSEP, OSEE, GXPN, GREM are highly desirable.
Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required. This role is part of our Federal Solutions team, supporting US government missions across defense, security, intelligence, and environmental sectors. Salary Range:
