Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Southeast and Eastern U.S. (Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, South and North Carolina and Tennessee) This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting revenue goals, and building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities: •
Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the Southeast/Eastern region to achieve revenue and market share targets. •
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and third party manufacturing representatives, distributors, and industry partners to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction. •
Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. •
Sales Forecasting:
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. •
Product Knowledge:
Stay current with industry trends, product developments, and technological advancements to effectively communicate the value of Central Moloney products to clients. •
Customer Support:
Address and resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. •
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting customer needs and driving sales.
Qualifications: •
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. •
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the electrical equipment or industrial sector. •
Frequent Travel Required
Skills: Strong leadership and project management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently within the Southeast and Eastern region. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
