General GI assignment in Idaho with strong team support, high pay, and full travel
Highlights
* 7-day blocks; take 1-3 weeks per month * Pay potential up to $5,000/day
Practice Setting
* Mix of inpatient consults and outpatient procedures * 4 physicians and multiple APPs on team * Procedures supported by Anesthesia (no CRNAs) * Adults only
Schedule
* Monday to Monday block schedule * Mornings: rounds + 4-6 outpatient procedures * Afternoons: inpatient consults/procedures * Night call from hotel; typically light volume
Cases and Procedures
* General GI: consults, rounding, procedures * 6-8 consults/day and 1-3 inpatient procedures * ERCP preferred; EUS optional
Requirements
* Board Certified in Gastroenterology * Idaho license or IMLC LOQ accepted * BLS and DEA required
