Job Description CRNA opening in Portsmouth, OHColumbus 90m; Cincy 100m - Full Time - Permanent - Hospital employed Anesthesia group. - Base salary range of 266,756 plus additional compensation for experience guaranteed for 2 years.In addition to the guaranteed base salary, we are proud to offer:o Overtime payo Evening differentialo Weekend differentialo On-call premium pay - (* 5% less for those not yet boarded, salary adjusted accordingly upon board certification)2-year contract also includes: - Vacation: 232 hours PTO - CME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to 5000 - Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Staffing - 7 Anesthesiologists - 18 CRNAsCall Schedule/CERP (if applicable) - Weekday and weekend call is 1:9; averaging 3-4 calls a month including weekend. - Weekday call 7:00 a.m. 7:00 a.m. - Weekend call Friday 7:00 a.m. Monday 7:00 a.m. - First call post day off - Pay for Call (CERP) programCase load depends on room: - General Anesthesia - CRNAs occasionally assist in cardiac, but MDA is the primary provider - Thoracic - Vascular - OB/maternity - ENT - Ophthalmology - Ortho - Peds mostly for ENT
