This interim coverage opportunity provides a predictable schedule and a consistent caseload in a collegial setting, beginning this fall.
Highlights

Practice Setting
* Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. * Anticipate seeing approximately 15 patients per day. * You will be supported by a dedicated team of RNs and MAs.
Schedule
* Clinic days are scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays. * Procedure days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. * Call is for a 10-day rotation and shared 1:4.
Procedures and Cases
* Provide coverage for an adult patient population. * Focus on elective oncology surgeries. * General surgery cases include appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and hernioplasty.
Requirements
* Board Certified or Eligible in Surgical Oncology or General Surgery. * Must hold an active ATLS certification. * A minimum of 12 months of recent experience is required.
Credentialing Requirements
* Credentialing takes approximately 60-90 days to complete. * This opportunity is open to IMLC physicians. * Our team provides full credentialing support for this assignment.
Travel Accommodations
* All travel and lodging arrangements will be provided for you. * A rental car is included for the duration of your coverage.
