Salary and Benefits

  • Salary range of $109,000 to $152,000
  • $7,500 retention bonus at the start of the second year
  • CME: $2,000 and 40 hours paid CME annually
  • 3 weeks paid vacation plus sick leave
  • 4-day work week (Mon Thu or Tue Fri)
  • No call duties and built-in administrative time
  • Average patient load: 15+ per day
  • Relocation assistance available

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based care
  • Conduct physical exams and health screenings
  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
  • Educate patients on preventive health practices and disease management
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Document patient encounters in the EMR accurately and timely
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes
  • Provide occasional coverage at nearby clinics if needed
  • Support community outreach and education efforts

Requirements

  • Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
  • Current and unrestricted Arizona license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Valid DEA registration
  • BLS (CPR) certification
  • Must meet credentialing standards for contracted health plans
  • Willingness to work with underserved and culturally diverse populations
  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
  • Two years of ambulatory clinical experience preferred
  • Multilingual skills in Navajo or Spanish are a plus
