Salary and Benefits
- Salary range of $109,000 to $152,000
- $7,500 retention bonus at the start of the second year
- CME: $2,000 and 40 hours paid CME annually
- 3 weeks paid vacation plus sick leave
- 4-day work week (Mon Thu or Tue Fri)
- No call duties and built-in administrative time
- Average patient load: 15+ per day
- Relocation assistance available

Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based care
- Conduct physical exams and health screenings
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients on preventive health practices and disease management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
- Document patient encounters in the EMR accurately and timely
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes
- Provide occasional coverage at nearby clinics if needed
- Support community outreach and education efforts
Requirements
- Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
- Current and unrestricted Arizona license or eligibility to obtain one
- Valid DEA registration
- BLS (CPR) certification
- Must meet credentialing standards for contracted health plans
- Willingness to work with underserved and culturally diverse populations
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
- Two years of ambulatory clinical experience preferred
- Multilingual skills in Navajo or Spanish are a plus
