Locums Pre-Op Anesthesia APP (NP/PA) Full-Time Eureka, CA

Assignment Details
- Start: 11/1/2025
- End: 4/30/2026
- Schedule: M-F, 8:00a-4:30p
- Guaranteed Hours: 8/day (OT after 8)
- Setting: Outpatient hospital-based preoperative clinic
- EMR: Epic
- Support staff: 3-4 RNs, 1 PA/NP
- Trauma level: 3

Clinical Details
- Perform pre-op consults for surgical patients
- Risk assessment, information gathering, patient interviews, consult notes
- Report abnormal labs/tests to Medical Director
- Address patient concerns, support RNs, resolve logistical issues
- Surgical experience required
- Must have at least 50 clinical services/cases or assessments in acute care within past 24 months

Requirements
- Board certified
- Active CA license
- CA DEA
- BLS
- Surgical experience
