Responsibilities:
- Shift Length: 8a-5p, Monday through Friday
- Patient Volume: 15 patients per day
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC
- Trauma Level: -
Qualifications/Requirements
- License: WI
- DEA: Required
- Board Certification: Board Certification required, preferably through ABFM. Will consider other boards
- Life Supports: BLS, ACLS, and PALS are routine for clinic. Does not have to have ATLS due to not covering ER. NRP if doing OB.
- Covid/Flu Vaccination: Required
