Lets go get 'em Job Details Specialty: Cardiac ANES Facility: Hospital Location: BSW All Saints City/State: Fort Worth, TX Client: Symmetry Anesthesia Start Date/Dates of Coverage Needed: 1 FTE, November 3rd Go Live date, Onward Size of Facility: 538 beds Reason for Need: Expansion, patient growth # of FTE s Needed: 1 Daily Model: Care Team Model, ANES and CRNA 3 Cardiac ANES on staff, 2 are on daily. 1 Gen ANES is also on staff daily. CRNAs support Supervision by ANES Hours:7a 3 p dayshift (M-F) Call Requirement: 6 calls a month 3 will be first call, 3 will be second call/backup Call Response Time: 30 min Case Types: Cardiac 75%, Gen Anes 25% , would like ANES with liver experience EMR: Epic Inpatient/Outpatient: Mix Daily Census/Patient Volume: Typical PPD 8-15 Are the cases structural heart? EP? open heart? All the above Total Cases: Breakdown: 280 Open Hearts, 80 Valves, 165 CABGs. 116 TAVRs, 10 Mitral Clips, 256 Watchman, 430 TEEs, 100 Cardioversions, 897 EP, 10-20 LVADs Echo Machine: Phillips 3D, all X8 Probes (This is a big seller!) Regarding Liver experience : is this specifically liver transplant experience Yes or hepatobiliary anesthesia experience? We may focus more on having general anesthesiologist take livers but there s a chance CV could have to do them so would be better. Let s not make this a deal breaker for CV, but it would be very helpful. Skills Required: Cardiac ANES, TEE certification preferred but not required. Liver is a plus Bill Rate: $525-$550 + medmal hr Call Rates: TBD Travel: Billable Licensing Want ACTIVE TX license and clean file founder (who is a Cardiac ANES himself) is very specific on this Cred/Priv process: 60-90 days, temps available on case-by-case basis due to cred timeline we are looking at a November start BC/BE/Certification Requirements: MD/DO Board Certified (ABA) Additional Certifications: DEA (need to be able to change address) ACLS PALS BLS Medmal: Billable Orientation needed prior to start date
