This individual will work in the RightAngle (ETRM application) support and development group. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, problem resolution, requirements delivery, documentation, technical design, testing, and implementation. The Lead Specialist will also: Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical/functional assistance to business users and support applications (vendor & custom developed). Work with functional leads to develop plans and coordinate across business areas. Facilitate meetings, document decisions, risks, and issues. Maintain ownership for specific systems and manage communications between business and IT. Support and maintain RightAngle, interfaces, and Web services. Write SQL scripts for troubleshooting and reports. This position may be located in Dallas, Houston, or Newtown Square, PA. Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
To succeed, candidates must meet the following: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field. Experience supporting RightAngle applications. Strong SQL server scripting and stored procedures skills. Leadership, analytical, presentation, project management, and financial analysis skills. Proven success in project delivery and strategic thinking. Excellent communication skills. Experience in commodity trading and risk management. Troubleshooting experience with systems like RightAngle. Developing customizations using T-SQL, SSIS, and C# (.Net). 8+ years in development/support on RightAngle (.Net). Experience level varies: Senior Specialist/Analyst: 5-8 years. Lead Specialist/Analyst: 8+ years. Principal Specialist/Analyst: 10+ years. Additional Details
