- Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase traffic, and consistently improve KPI's (conversion, UPT, and

Customer Experience & Community Building
- Champion a hospitality-driven culture where every customer feels seen, heard, and valued.
- Lead the team in delivering a consistent, elevated experience rooted in authentic connection, captivating the customer
- Cultivate and grow brand loyalty through community engagement, in-store events, community pop-ups, and clienteling.
- Plan and execute visual merchandising standards that reflect the Beyond Yoga brand ethos. Manage in season
- Use product knowledge and performance metrics to drive sell-through and inform in-the-moment adjustments.
- Ensure seamless daily operations, including execution of standard operating procedures, replenishment, inventory
- Support schedule optimization, labor productivity, store performance and P&L.
- Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health & safety protocols.
- Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing, diverse talent aligned with our values.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, accountability, continuous feedback, and celebration.
- Teach and coach the team to build capabilities and hold yourself and the team accountable to performance.
- 2-4 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in apparel or activewear. High School graduate or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage teams, operations, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication
- Deep appreciation for wellness, inclusivity, and the Beyond Yoga lifestyle.
- Desire and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holidays
- Ability to perform all essential job functions, maneuver around the sales floor, stock room and office, and able to lift/carry up to
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel as required

Compensation
Compensation for this role ranges from $24.25 - $40.40 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
