Our client is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance problem-solving capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting to the COO, you will be instrumental in deploying Lean methodologies and ensuring their integration across all operational and corporate functions, including Sales and Finance.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Lean operating system.
- Collaborate with executives and teams to align Lean methodologies with business strategies and objectives.
- Implement leader standard work to drive strategic improvements in growth, pricing, productivity, cash, and culture.
- Champion Lean thinking to establish a sustainable continuous improvement culture.
- Facilitate the goal deployment process by enhancing HOSHIN-Kanri capabilities at the senior executive level.
- Apply Lean tools to support the operating system and ensure resource deployment aligns with business goals.
- Leverage data to influence leadership and achieve positive business outcomes.
- Mentor Lean practitioners to embed and sustain the CI lifestyle as a core asset.
- Lead and facilitate strategic, enterprise-level events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of Lean management experience, including managing large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Lean or 6 Sigma Black Belt certification is required.
- Strong leadership skills to communicate vision and inspire teams through cultural transitions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in various media.
- Proven facilitation skills to organize and guide multidisciplinary teams through structured workshops.
- Expertise in coaching individuals to develop skills and achieve objectives.
- Ability to identify training needs and ensure effective training execution and follow-up.
- Experience in coordinating and optimizing Lean tools applications.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
