Maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Reports and Dashboards) with experience in development and launch of new reporting internal and external dashboards and this is a hybrid position in Pleasanton, CA.

This role is responsible for driving the development and launch of new reporting dashboards, ensuring they meet business needs and are effectively adopted by users.

This role requires a blend of product management expertise, data analysis skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. They will translate business requirements into actionable dashboards, manage the product roadmap, and ensure the dashboard's success through user adoption and data-driven insights.

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the reporting dashboard, aligning it with overall business goals.

Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into user stories and requirements, and prioritize them for development.

Define and maintain the product roadmap, outlining the features and functionality to be developed over time.

Develop and execute strategies to drive user adoption of the dashboard, including training, documentation, and communication.

Work with data teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in the dashboard.

Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with focus on reporting and dashboarding.

Experience in launching and maintaining internal and external facing dashboards, including customer support and feature roadmap.

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights.

Understanding of data platforms, APIs, and reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during product development and launch.
