Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Associate with strong Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate law, with a focus on handling complex M&A transactions. A business or tax undergraduate degree is preferred, and candidates with a CPA or MBA will be given strong consideration.
Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of M&A transactions, including structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and related corporate documents.
• Collaborate with tax, finance, and regulatory teams to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support M&A and corporate transactions.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Assist in business development initiatives, including client outreach and industry networking.
  

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
3+ years of experience in corporate law with a strong focus on M&A transactions.
Preferred Undergraduate Degree In Business Or Tax.
CPA or MBA preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
