About The Role
We’re looking for an attorney with 1–5 years of experience, a strong academic background, and an eye for detail. Our labor and employment practice spans a variety of industries, offering attorneys the opportunity to gain insight into cross-sector best practices and apply them when advising clients and shaping employment policies.
You’ll Gain Experience In
- Wage and hour disputes
- Discrimination and harassment claims
- Union grievances and labor relations
- Representation before the California Labor Commissioner, Cal/OSHA, and the NLRB
- PAGA and class action defense
- Drafting and reviewing employment agreements and workplace policies
- Compliance training and employee handbook development
- Collegial, team-oriented culture where collaboration takes precedence over ego
- Hands-on experience with real client work and increasing responsibility as you grow
- Mentorship from seasoned attorneys who will help sharpen your practical judgment and client service approach
- Competitive compensation package, including base salary and full benefits
- Base salary range $135,000 – $235,000, commensurate with experience and education
- JD from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the California Bar
- Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, thoughtful, and solution-oriented mindset
