We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing (Commercial Strategy) to join our dynamic team. As a VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with the Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics, SVP of National Systems & Marketing, SVP of Sales, and Chief Revenue Officer to lead our marketing department and drive our overall marketing & sales strategy. ImageFIRST is a sales-driven company, with a sales field force of over 100 and a non-hierarchical culture. As a Private Equity-backed company, this role will provide exposure to the world of Private Equity investing.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Build a sales intelligence engine, including customer segmentation, lead scoring, and opportunity mapping, to guide the sales force toward the greatest opportunity customers (both new and existing).
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (including brand positioning) aligned with company objectives to enhance market share.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
- Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximize ROI on campaigns and programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing & sales initiatives using KPIs.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in corporate strategy, sales/marketing, commercial strategy, corporate development, and/or strategy/management consulting (3+ years), preferably with private equity-owned companies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, as well as traditional marketing strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Strong work ethic resulting in consistent, high-quality performance.
- Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, time-sensitive, and collaborative environment.
