Temporary Senior Tax Manager – Remote | $75–$100/hr

Are you a seasoned tax pro ready to step into a strategic leadership role—without a long-term commitment? We’re hiring a Temporary Senior Tax Manager to lead tax provision and compliance for a fast-moving, high-impact company operating in the digital marketplace space.

What You’ll Do:

️ Own the quarterly and annual tax provision process (ASC 740)

️ Lead domestic & international income tax compliance

️ Manage deferred taxes, valuation allowances & tax positions

️ Partner with finance teams & external advisors globally

️ Support M&A, cross-border, and digital marketplace tax planning

️ Align tax strategy with evolving regulations (OECD, BEPS 2.0)

️ Collaborate across Legal, Finance, and Product

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years of experience in U.S. and international income tax

Strong ASC 740 and tax provision expertise

Background in tech, SaaS, or eCommerce a plus

CPA preferred | Master’s in Tax or JD/LLM a bonus

Proven success in fast-paced, global environments
