Responsibilities
The Head of Product & Solution Readiness leads a team of Product & Solution Readiness Managers aligned and dedicated to our prioritized product lines — including AI/Rovo — to ensure the successful, scalable execution of revenue enablement strategies that align with product, marketing, sales and success priorities.
This role will provide strategic leadership, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistency and scale across all product enablement efforts — especially with a growing portfolio that includes an AI platform and other distinct product lines.
This role is accountable for unifying the approach to enablement readiness across multiple product teams and driving consistent, measurable outcomes that accelerate product adoption, go-to-market effectiveness, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Team Management

  • Build, lead, and develop a team of Product & Solution Readiness Managers (PSRM), aligned to core product line(s).
  • Define clear role responsibilities, priorities, and success metrics for PSRMs, ensuring focus, accountability, and alignment across all product lines.
  • Act as the strategic escalation point for PSRMs and enablement stakeholders, resolving conflicting priorities, resource constraints, or roadmap misalignment.

Portfolio-Level Enablement Planning
  • Own the product & solution enablement portfolio roadmap across all product lines, ensuring clarity of prioritization, sequencing, and impact.
  • Establish governance for readiness assessments, intake triage, and enablement planning across the product portfolio.
  • Drive an annual and quarterly enablement planning cycle in partnership with Product, Product Marketing, and Revenue Enablement Leadership.

Stakeholder Alignment & Executive Communication
  • Serve as the senior liaison between Revenue Enablement and stakeholders in Product, Product Marketing, and GTM Leadership.
  • Facilitate executive-level reviews of enablement impact, team performance, and strategic opportunities across the product ecosystem.
  • Influence cross-functional investment in enablement strategies through data, business case framing, and stakeholder relationship management.

Operational Excellence & Enablement Standards
  • Create scalable frameworks for enablement intake, planning, delivery, and reporting — ensuring consistency across all PSRMs.
  • Ensure readiness processes and criteria are tightly integrated with product launch and feature release lifecycles.
  • Champion continuous improvement practices, synthesizing feedback and performance metrics into updated processes and enablement tactics.

Data, Measurement & Outcomes
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for product & solution enablement impact across modalities (e.g., training, comms, assets, onboarding).
  • Oversee development of reporting dashboards that track PSRM activities, stakeholder satisfaction, enablement performance, and business impact.
  • Drive data-informed planning decisions that enhance enablement effectiveness and resource utilization.
