Neurosurgery APP Opportunity in Illinois New
Carle Health is seeking a Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Provider to join The Carle Neuroscience Institute (CNI) in Urbana, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
- Primarily an inpatient position with some clinic responsibilities
- Join a growing team of Neurosurgeons, Neuro-interventional radiologists, daytime Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Providers and nocturnist Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Providers
- The department is adopting an APP-Surgeon Practice Model that will allow for practice consistency, education, and feedback
- Schedule is 4, 10-hour shifts.
- Coordinate ongoing patient care including initial consultations, rounding with the surgeons, follow-ups and provide patient/family education
- Experience with neurological conditions preferred

Education Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

- Current Illinois Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Nurse licensure/Physician Assistant licensure
