Security Clearance:
Active Secret and Top Secret Eligible

HumanIT Solutions LLC is seeking a Cleared Senior level Appian Developer. You will be responsible for design, development, testing and implementation of process-centric business process management solutions based on Appian software. You will be required to analyze and understand both the customer environment and program goals as well as the specific project requirements to develop and implement the future state business processes. This position will require leading and working alongside of small teams so must have interpersonal skills.
Position Requirements
Minimal Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of system implementations along with understanding of key concepts related to Software Development Life Cycle Knowledge and ability to create technical solutions for process automations Working understanding of Agile Methodologies including Scrum and Kanban 4 + years using Appians Low-Code Platform to delivery process orientated solutions using Data Fabric, Synced Records and Architecture Ability to plan/manage/prioritize work to meet objectives of multiple or competing priorities/projects Ability to communicate effectively to levels of leadership, lead small teams, and ability work independently Ability to create and deliver on innovative solutions using verbal requirements and customer feedback Appian Level 2 Certified Experience designing and maintaining government programs in NIPR and SIPR environments Working understanding of Atlassian Jira and Confluence along with Microsoft Teams
Desired Skills
Experience of business process design, modelling and implementation on large technology projects Experience using SQL tools including MySQL Workbench Familiarity implementing UI/UX design Process design and process improvement experience Exposure and desire to engage with Large Language Models Appian level 3 certification?
Education
Business or technology related bachelors degree
