Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities, including training and development of employees and store operations. Schedule employees for shifts. Resolve store issues, including customer concerns. Ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements. Assist with audits, proper placement, and stocking of merchandise. Oversee timely guest transactions to ensure hospitality for all store guests. Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste. Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; successful completion of required certification testing upon employment. Experience: One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred. Additional Details
