Reports to: Corps Officer Supervises: Thrift Store Staff Status: Full Time, Nonexempt Function: To oversee and manage the overall operations of the Corps thrift store, including supervising staff and volunteers, employee evaluations, managing donations, overseeing cash funds, and social media management. Attend monthly advisory board meetings. Responsibilities include: Maintaining good customer relations with prompt, courteous assistance. Managing sorting, sizing, pricing, and hanging donated clothing. Overseeing the sorting and pricing of other in-kind donations. Managing the disposal of unsellable items. Attending required meetings and maintaining a clean, presentable facility. Reporting to the advisory board monthly. Managing cash register operations and training staff. Performing other duties as assigned by the corps officer(s).
