COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)
- BASE: $325K-$400K Per experience - No state tax
- Relocation $30,000
- Sign on bonus - 10% of base salary
- Retention bonus 10% of annual salary at 2-year mark
- Student Loan Repayment: ISH, NHSC, AK Sharp Program
- Guaranteed yearly salary Increases
- PTO: 400 hours carry over/or cash payout of not used 2X’s yearly/Time off increases with tenure.

- We are focused on approaches that are trauma informed, systems based, and person-centered. We serve adults, ages 18 and older, and provide individual psychotherapy, medication management, group therapy, and couples therapy.
- 1.5-hour intakes
- 4- or 5-day work week your choice.
- No weekends, no call
- Team will consist of (RN, therapist, scheduler and case managers.)
- Patient base is predominantly Alaska Natives and some non-beneficiaries.
