Compensation:
The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $160,300.00 to $267,100.00 and this role is eligible for an incentive plan.

Position Details:
We are in search of a Lead Software Architect who will spearhead the design of modular business capabilities within our intricate enterprise ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities:
Architect and enhance core capabilities that drive Product Information Management and Product Discovery.
Work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and designers to define, prototype, and iterate on services that yield measurable business outcomes.
Design services that are flexible, discoverable, and interoperable across the enterprise.
Provide expert architectural guidance on data modeling, API design, service boundaries, and internal platform strategy.
Influence and improve engineering practices organization-wide, promoting clarity in trade-offs, enabling reuse, and mentoring senior engineers.
Ensure architectural synergy with other domains such as supply chain, customer experience, and merchandising, understanding that your systems function as part of a comprehensive ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a product-centric engineering culture rather than a project-driven environment.
Proven experience in designing and scaling modular software capabilities that cater to multiple teams or channels.
Strong understanding of modern enterprise architecture patterns, including domain-driven design, microservices, event-driven systems, and capability modeling.
Exceptional collaboration skills, with the capability to connect product, data, and engineering teams.
Effective communication skills with all levels, from senior leaders to junior engineers.
12+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in a leadership role focused on architecture.
