Our client, a leading player in the technology industry, is seeking a Senior Digital Experience Manager to join their team. As a Senior Digital Experience Manager, you will be part of the Commercial Digital Experiences team supporting the development of world-class customer journeys across various digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong analytical and creative thinking abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$58 - $63/hr on W2

What's the Job?

Create and revise a customer-first strategy for a holistic customer journey across a variety of commercial products.

Own the all-up marketing strategy, setting the customer-first approach for the entire funnel.

Lead the Commercial Integrated Marketing Pod, coordinating strategy, execution, and experimentation across performance marketing channels.

Manage the organization's annual forecast/goals and communicate performance narratives to stakeholders.

Collaborate with digital marketing channel leads to enhance customer engagement and retention.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

8+ years of integrated marketing experience, particularly in digital and B2B roles.

Proven experience in creating executive presentations and campaign strategies across marketing channels.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Exceptional analytical skills to understand customer data and improve experiences.
