Position Description

Your paycheck can be impressive:
Earn $2363 or more weekly per driver.
Weekly pay for drivers.
Team miles pay $0.80 per mile with up to 5450 miles weekly per driver.
Pay for team stops: $19.38 per stop (1 stop per week per driver).
Earn a $2500 sign-on bonus, split into two payments of $1250 at 30 and 90 days post-hire.
Receive a $2500 loyalty bonus after 6 months and 1 year of employment, each paid at $1250.
Enjoy per diem pay of $30.00 per night for up to 4 nights weekly per driver.
Safety bonus: $300 paid to each driver every quarter.
Paid training provided.
Seeking solo drivers willing to team or current teams.
Work schedule: Sunday - Thursday.
Dedicated run with 5 days out, home for 2 nights.
Ryder trucks are three years or newer, and our dedicated service team maintains the route, not just the truck. Benefit from 24/7 roadside maintenance by trained technicians, and enjoy hassle-free fueling at our 800+ maintenance facilities.
Deliver as a TEAM to Alberta, Canada:
Must meet entry requirements for Canada and possess a valid passport.
Route: Regularly home for 2 nights each week.
Assigned condo sleeper tractors.
Drive covered wagon flatbed trailers.
Minimum 6 months of flatbed experience required.
Responsibilities include load securement using chains and binders.

Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Successfully pass a Ryder drug test. Complete a background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years. Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test. Hold a valid Class A CDL with necessary endorsements. Must have verifiable driving experience in a tractor trailer: 9 months within last 3 years, or 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years. Ability to follow both written and oral instructions. Capable of interpreting and adhering to laws, rules, and regulations. Responsibilities: Comply with federal and state laws and safety guidelines. Identify and mitigate safety hazards. Maintain accurate records and logs. Assist with the loading and unloading of freight when required. Perform additional duties as assigned.
